Just one year ago the board of directors of the National Ag Science Center began discussing how to bring agricultural science to the classroom, while addressing the resource challenges facing today’s students and schools.  It is from this discussion that Ag In Motion was born.

It really took a village to bring this together so quickly.  Teachers were asked to write lessons and students were invited to help test-drive what was written.  Graphic artists created a vision for the exterior while engineers developed the design for the laboratory stations.  In March, the transformation began in Madera and a vision became reality.
